LOS OSOS HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETICS

LOHS has a comprehensive athletics program that includes twenty-two sports. It competes at the highest levels of athletics offered in California.  In its short history, Los Osos has won 110 Baseline League championships.  There have been 3 CIF individual championships and 10 CIF championships in both in both Boys and Girls Water Polo, Boys Swim and Girls Soccer.  We have won 14 CIF Championships along with 18 CIF finals appearances.  Along with these accomplishments, Los Osos has state of the art facilities that include a 3200 square foot weight room, 4000 seat stadium, all-weather track, turf football field, an Olympic sized pool and a college level training room.  In addition, there are 22 on-campus teachers/coaches.
